May Monster Madness Day 1

Today marks the first day of the May Monster Madness Blog Hop sponsored by the fabulous and fantastic Annie Walls, Little Gothic Horrors and Wicked Ways Productions.  It's my first time participating in this blog hop and I'm not a hundred percent sure what to do so I'm gonna copy-cat some other participants by chronicling some of my favorite monsters.  So, in no particular order, here they are:

First up: Alien
It spits acid.  It's has two mouths.  It's got a giant tale that can take out a truck.  It climbs faster, jumps higher and destroys more effectively than any other creature you might encounter in space.  And the worst part of all?  It uses you as an incubator.  If that doesn't add insult to injury then I don't know what does.

No other space creature before or since has been as scary as the alien in the Alien movies.  Not even Predator.  (Alien vs. Predator?  As if there was ever even a contest?  Yeah, right.)

Come back tomorrow for more monster madness and head along to the other participants to see what's going on elsewhere on the web!

  1. Can you believe I've never seen the Alien movies? I saw Prometheus, but haven't watched the others yet.

    1. Oh, that's sch a terribly way to start! You gotta watch the original, and forget you ever saw Prometheus so that doesn't ruin the good movies for you.
